High speed slitting/rewinding machine mod. SRS
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Modular construction with axial unwinding of big capacity and tangential winding.
- Motorisation with vector inverters reading the diameter of roll in real time and fabric tension controlled by loading cells.
- Preselection and automatic control of the hardness of roll.
- Automatic meter counter with pre-slow down and stop at the programmed length.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
- Working width up to 3.800mm
- Variable speed up to 600 mt/min (accordingly with type of fabric).
- Mother roll diameter up to 1.800mm
- Wound roll up to 1.200mm.
- Full automation with PLC.
- Minimum size between cuts 25mm with scissor cut.
- Expandable shaft available on demand for 2”, 3”, 4”, 5”, 6”.
OPTIONALS:
- Automatic lift up and loading the mother roll in the position of unwinding with expandable heads
- Automatic unloading of the rolls and automation to send the rolls directly to packing machine
- Automatic positioning of the slitting devices.
